Falafel Tabbouleh with Tzatziki

Falafel Tabbouleh with Tzatziki

This bowl feels like a little Mediterranean escape in the middle of the day. Crispy falafel, fresh tabbouleh, and cool tzatziki all come together for the perfect combination of refreshing and filling flavors. It’s as flavorful as it is easy enough to make for a simple lunch or dinner. Bonus points because anything with tzatziki automatically feels fancy.
