What are you bringing to the cookout? We recommend this crispy gluten-free BBQ chicken pizza recipe from Lexi (@lexiscleankitchen)! While gluten is a great source of vitamins and minerals, but it can cause inflammation in people with gluten intolerance. Chicken is also an great source of protein, so you and the crew can enjoy a delicious pizza while also getting ready for swimsuit season.

Ingredients:
- Gluten Free Pizza Dough homemade or store-bought
- ⅓ cup BBQ sauce homemade or store-bought, plus additional for garnish
- 1 cup BBQ Chicken or store-bought rotisserie chicken
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ red onion sliced
- Cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- Make pizza dough, and par-bake according to these instructions (or whatever the package instructions state if store-bought).
- Spread bbq sauce over the pizza. Top with cheese, bbq chicken and red onion. Bake in the preheated oven for 7-10 minutes, or until cheese is melted the desired amount.
- Top pizza with extra bbq sauce and cilantro leaves. Serve immediately.
