For those who have cut out gluten for medical or health reasons, it can be a struggle finding a good pasta dish. Have you heard about zoodles? That’s right, zoodles: zucchini noodles! Substitute them in for traditional noodles.
How to Make Zucchini Noodles
Serves: 2-4
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound zucchini
- 1 teaspoon all purpose chef’s shake
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large saute pan
- Add zucchini noodles and seasoning to pan
- Stir for 3-5 minutes until noodles are tender
- Serve
Note: To turn zucchini into noodle form, the author recommends a julienne peeler, though a spiral slicer could be used.
