About CrossFit Legends

Our 50+ program is designed for people who would like to enjoy the mix of training that CrossFit offers including strength and conditioning, general fitness and body weight exercises but are looking for a class that is tailored for an older age group and therefore comes with a reduced risk for injury.  This class follows CrossFit methodology but is scaled and modified to suit.

Please be on time for your class to ensure you are present for the demonstration and brief at the start of the workout.  It is then you will hear any tips or strategies for scaling and modification as well as how the workout will be organized that day.
