Bob, one of CFE’s master athletes at 60, is super busy working 7 days a week in real estate and loves it. He began working with Coach Jim about 5 years ago and recently decided to add CrossFit to his bootcamp training. He is a native of Cambridge and a resident of Burlington. Bob is one of our “morning crew” members. He works very hard each time he comes in learning new movements and is constantly getting a big pat on the back from the coaches. He is also, and probably most importantly a very proud & smitten grandpa.
Here’s a little more about Bob.
